Sue Fisher - Lead Practitioner

Sue has worked with Stepping Stones for many years running our baby club. She took over as Playgroup Leader in September 2007 bringing great experience with her. Sue is currently studying for her Early Years Level 3 qualification. Sue lives in the village and has two teenage sons. 

 

Caroline Brett - Deputy Lead Practitioner - NNEB

Caroline has worked at Stepping Stones Playgroup since July 2002 working closely with any special need children within the setting. She took on the role of Deputy Leader in September 2006. Caroline lives in the village with her husband and two children who both attend the local schools. 

 

Sandra Nunn -  Assistant Practitioner - CPP

Sandra joined the Stepping Stones team in September 2006. Previously she has worked in many childcare settings including a Montessori nursery. She has also run her own playgroup. Sandra is beginning a course this year to gain her level 3 qualification.

 

Joanne Boswell  - Assistant Practitioner - CCLD NVQ2 

Joanne joined the Stepping Stones team in September 2006. Joanne lives in the village with her husband and two children who both attend the local schools. 

 

Kit Seaman - Relief Assistant Practitioner 

Kit has worked with Stepping Stones over several years providing valuable cover for staff training and illness. Kit has excellent first-hand childcare experience keeping busy as a mother of four children. She lives in the village with her husband and family.

 

All members of staff are committed to ongoing training and regularly attend relevant seminars and courses.
